01. the vision
Very first thing, we will discuss your vision and how you want your wedding to feel. This is where you share all of your desires and wildest dreams. We will also discuss your budget to make sure we’re on the same page.
I will follow up with a mood board and an itemized budget to help keep us on track!
02. sourcing vendors
Next, I will begin sourcing vendors that align with your budget and design needs.
You will be presented with multiple options for each vendor and you will get the final say!
This allows me to be in communication with vendors from the beginning and removes that stress from you! I will coordinate tastings, zoom calls, and answer all questions.
03. REVIEW
After the vendors are booked, we will stay in touch to go over the checklist and remaining items.
I am your industry expert and available for all questions, advice, or a second pair of eyes.
04. timeline
As we approach 3-months out, we will build out a custom timeline suited to your day and we will attend a final walkthrough with the venue.
05. final details
The night before I will direct the rehearsal and touch base with you on any final details.
on the big day
On the day of, I will arrive, with coffee in-hand, to execute our agreed upon timeline. I will be the point person for all vendor questions and navigate all family and friend inquiries to allow you to have the most stress-free day possible. At that point, I will know your day so well I can create your perfect day.
